AURAPLE 未拆封商品可於收貨後 7 天內退貨，退貨運費由買家負擔。了解退貨申請、手工商品特質與運輸受損協助方式。
1. 退貨期限與運費
未拆封商品可於收貨後 7 天內退貨，退貨運費由買家負擔。請先來信 ourft16888@gmail.com 聯絡工坊，確認寄回資訊。
2. 拆封與使用後的商品
冷製手工皂與造型香氛蠟磚經拆封或使用後，恕無法辦理退換貨。
3. 手工製作特質
AURAPLE 作品皆為手工調色、切塊與灌製。外觀、色澤與細微氣泡痕跡可能略有自然個體差異，此為手工製作特質，非屬瑕疵。
4. 運輸受損協助
如商品因運輸而嚴重毀損，請於收到商品 48 小時內拍照並來信 ourft16888@gmail.com，由工坊協助處理補寄。
Returns & After-Sales Policy
1. Return window and shipping costs
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. The buyer pays return shipping costs. Please email ourft16888@gmail.com to contact the studio and confirm where to send your return.
2. Opened or used products
Cold process soaps and scented wax melts cannot be returned or exchanged after opening or use.
3. Handmade characteristics
AURAPLE products are colored, cut, and poured by hand. Small differences in appearance, color, and air bubbles are natural handmade characteristics rather than defects.
4. Damage during shipping
If a product is seriously damaged during shipping, photograph the damage and email ourft16888@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. The studio will help arrange a replacement.
